Why should these tears not stop

Unbidden by mind and unheeded by heart

They yearn for the satisfaction of disposal

And to ease their patterned art

You died long ago and not of my hand

Yet I blame myself as in current

With the moonlight shot through my back

As if twas mine what held that metal to necks bent

Thous iron chimes as no toll is heard

Unknown but through smell and sight

Dreams have no volume

with half paid attempts of practice and karma 

keeping them thriving at failing 

letting you turn the ever spinning crank 

which gives them their mechanical movement 

and their well trained stares at emptiness and heavy lidded eyes 

sugar coated mouths spread kisses and breaths 

of unharmable lives and creations 

while gambling gained hands search the dark 

for the dirty paper that their heartless chests so desire 

only in the absence of their ever present influences do they die 

without music and lights to cure them of their unburdended minds 

without stimulants and fads to cure them of their earthen beauty 

they do the uncalled for and reluctant realizations of fate 

self righteous social suicides live the present into false tense 

and die the future into pathetic flights of fancy 

buried in the hole which their beautys hatchet dug itself

they cry silent pleas and deaf ears

of those driving onto another movie and to another dream

from their own desires put onto screen for their ever closed eyes

to see from the darkness

But to lands without ears to hear?

On tongues so poetic as to unravel

As the vibrations of an eternity linger

With personal beats destroying the vital truth

Which such a suffered creature failed to ever dwell

Never has she suffered so much in all her memories

As this night with such falsified beliefs and statements

Free her pitiful soul Gods of eternal demise

She knows not her sins if they are so called

Show her the path preferred and her obedience shall not revolt

Unwilling victims of such a capitalist society

Are born and bred merely to be

Borne through knives and put onto bread

Guilty of desire these fledglings flock

Attempting to acquire flavors so processed outside she sits,

Untrapped by the falsities sold and fled

And untamed innocence driving her without vehicle

Our minds sedated by the gestures of joy

Wanting freedom and gaining only the illusions

Untouched by truth that we created ourselves

She soars amongst our dreams taunting and daunting

And knows our backs break with struggle

Forced to transport our own egos and loneliness

She flaps her wings to guide our breath

For her existence is our wishful being

All she must do is be and to try to guide us

As we choke ourselves with labels and ratings

She cares for our kind for we entertain

All those beings of enlightenment we call leaders

Destroy her poor kind, O cousin of mine

We crush our very admirations in our haste to become them

To make their freedom ours

By consuming it

In the most gruesome of way conceivable
